This EV Power EV lead is a Type 1 EV charger cable designed for Type 1 vehicles to use all Type 2 AC public chargers. Super handy for charging at supermarkets, shopping malls, and loads of other public charging where motels have a domestic or industrial wall charger for guests to use etc.

Compatibility

This safe and durable 32 Amp charging cable is suitable for all EVs fitted with Type 1 sockets , such as Nissan Leaf (ex-Japan), Mitsubishi Outlander, Toyota Prius PHV, BMW i3 (ex-Japan ). Plus PHEV vehicles with a Type 1 charging port. Our quality EV charging products have been designed for NZ conditions.

Do not use imported leads or modify other EV charging cables or you risk electric shock or fire. A quality product with TUV certification with a genuine Supplier Declaration of Conformity available on request (SDoC)

Make sure you correctly identify that your vehicle is a Type 1 EV or plug-in hybrid or this lead will not fit. Check out the photo we added of a Nissan Leaf port – check that your vehicle’s port looks the same before ordering. Not all Leafs have the same port!
