Dynamic Load Balancing technology prioritizes your household appliances, giving them first access to the electricity supplied to your home. Your EV or PHEV receives the remaining power, allowing your system to adjust as your energy demand changes throughout the day.
The wall charger automatically adapts to the maximum available power (up to 32 amps unless otherwise configured), ensuring your vehicle charges as quickly as possible.
PROTECT YOUR FUSE BOX
DLB technology safeguards your main fuse by managing power distribution when household members are using devices like PCs, water heaters, heat pumps, ovens, dishwashers, washing machines, and more. It ensures that appliances get the electricity they need without compromising safety or overloading your circuit board.
EVs are bigger and more power-thirsty but there is no need to invest in an increased power supply for your home. With DLB your EV is able to charge at the power left over making 63 Amps an adequate amount for your needs and economical too.
1. Pure PV (photovoltaic)/Solar mode: The EV charger adjusts its charging current to minimize the grid’s input, aiming to keep the actual grid current close to 0A.
2.Hybrid Mode: The EV charger adjusts its charging current within the DLB setting range, using a combination of grid power and solar energy, depending on your chosen settings.
3. Full Speed Mode: The Solar DLB box will no longer restrict the charging current, allowing the wall charger to use the maximum supported current for charging the EV/PHEV.
We recommend that you engage a registered and licensed electrician to check your household wiring.

Z-BOX APP
The Z-Box App is your BCP Smart Wall Charger management app. It gives you a view of your EV Charger, allows remote control, charge session customization and solar charge control.
Example: Using the Z-Box App on your smartphone edit “Max Grid Current” input value to 10A. If the actual current value from grid to household power is 5A (<=10A), and the PV power generation current is 20A, then the total current of household power is 25A (5A+20A).
